Probe Centre's 'bid to destroy' WB jute industry: BJP MP
BJP's Barrackpore MP Arjun Singh on Tuesday demanded a high-powered fact-finding committee to probe how the Union textile ministry "is trying to destroy Bengal's jute industry". Singh had earlier threatened that he would "strongly protest this move (jute price cap)" and lend support to Trinamool Congress on the issue.
