PMC seals 10 pools for not following contract norms
In the middle of a scorching summer, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has started sealing the civic swimming pools improperly run by contractors. The operators have not fulfilled the contractual obligations and have not paid the fees charged by the PMC mentioned in the contract.
