Pb power tariff hike: Traders give call for mahapanchayat
A day after the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) approved the tariff hike of 25 paise to 80 paise per unit on different categories of power consumers, the industrialists and traders of the state have called for a ‘mahapanchayat’ in Ludhiana on May 21. The call was given by Punjab Pradesh Beopar Mandal (PPBM), the largest body of traders in the state, on Tuesday.
