Newly-laid concrete roads in twin cities are in sorry state 
The poor condition of many roads in the twin cities, laid rather recently, belie the claims of the authorities about the longevity of cement concrete roads. Civic authorities in Hubballi-Dharwad had claimed that the cement concrete roads would last as long as 50 years.
