Neither Modi nor Didi kept promises made to the farmers: Adhir Chowdhury 
Adhir Chowdhury, West Bengal Congress president, highlighted the deplorable condition of farmers in the country and in West Bengal. He compared the functioning of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee, stating that both have failed to fulfill their promises to increase farmers' income. Chowdhury also criticized the BJP for using the Ram Mandir issue as a political tool and urges them not to turn it into a political ploy. He also took a dig at the internal feud within the Trinamool Congress.
