Nashik rural police lodge FIR against seven Jindal officials
Nearly two months after a fire claimed three lives and injured over 20 people, the Nashik police have lodged an FIR against seven officials of the Jindal Poly Films under section 304 (A) of IPC, reports Abhilash Botekar. Police carried out investigations in the matter and sought reports from the industrial safety and health departments in Nashik. They also examined the correspondence with other departments. A massive fire was triggered after a blast in the chemical factory on January 1 this year. The state government had ordered a high-level probe.
