Motorists struggle on NH-48 as flyovers hang in a limbo in Karnataka 
Commuters on National Highway (NH)-48 are having a tough time with work on the construction of flyovers at Motebennur and Chatra villages having come to a grinding halt for the last five years. Motorists are finding it difficult to negotiate the 3-km stretch between the two villages.
