Many Indias usher in New Year with food & prayers
After two years of struggle with Covid, Telugus celebrated Ugadi, Marathis Gudi Padwa, Sindhis Chetti Chand and Marwaris and Gujaratis Navratri in a grand manner on Saturday. Chief minister Mamata Banerjee, too, wished the communities on the occasion of the New Year festivities.
