Manipur guv La Ganesan appeals for free and fair polls
Amid the stepped up poll-related violence in the state, governor La Ganesan has appealed to all concerned to avoid any kind of violent activities so as to enable the people to exercise their franchise freely and fairly in the ensuing assembly elections.
