Man hands over a bag of explosives to kill friend, held in Noida
Police arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly trying to kill his friend around a week ago by giving him a bag containing homemade explosives. The accused gave the bag to his friend while shopping at a local market in Sector 63 and fled the spot after it exploded, police said.
