Man gets 23 years jail for raping minor in Karnataka 
The second additional special session court sentenced a man to 23 years imprisonment on Friday, and fined him Rs 30,000, for raping a minor girl. The court also directed the police to file a false witness case against the survivor and her father, and two other witnesses, for recording false statements.
