Local ‘agents’ come to the rescue, work out safe passage
For Indian students, the flight from war-torn Ukraine is largely being facilitated by local “agents” and contacts who have over the past seven days arranged food and transport, planned routes to the border and liaised with the Indian embassy for their safe evacuation.
