Legendary musician Prafulla Kar cremated
Music legend Prafulla Kar, who enthralled thousands of Odias for over six decades with his immortal compositions, was cremated with full state honours at Swargadwar in Puri on Monday. Kar, who was suffering from old age-related ailments breathed his last due to cardiac arrest at 83 on Sunday night.
