Lavale hottest in Pune at 40.5°C, some relief in sight
The day’s highest temperature breached the 39°C-mark in Shivajinagar, Pashan and Chinchwad on Saturday and it was above 40°C in Magarpatta and Lavale, while Akola sizzled at 42.1°C — the hottest place of the day in Maharashtra.
