Late by 10 months, 3 lanes of Bhangel elevated road to be ready by Feb
The Noida Authority has given the UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd (UPSBCL) until February 2024 to complete one of the carriageways of the Bhangel elevated road project. The project, which began in June 2020, was suspended for six months due to a funds shortage. Currently, the UPSBCL is repairing the road below the flyover but is still struggling with limited funds. The project was initially estimated at Rs 468 crore, but the UPSBCL has received only Rs 350 crore so far. The UPSBCL has requested an additional Rs 150 crore due to rising construction costs.
