Labourer held in Ludhiana for raping neighbour, five-year-old
The police arrested a 45-year-old labourer for raping the five-year-old daughter of his neighbour on Sunday.In her police complaint, the girl’s mother said, “My daughter was playing with children in the street on Sunday evening when she suddenly went missing.
