Kurubas’ ST protest at SVS Karuba community will organize a protest on December 27 and 28 to demand reservation in the category of ST. The hindu karuba community has been fighting for inclusion into the ST category for the last four years, but the government has neglected them. Siddaramananda Swamiji of Kaginale Mahasamsthan said that the government is not going to give the ST quota even though the BJP government's term is coming to an end. Thousands of people from across the state will participate in the protest, many from Dharwad district.
