Kolkata: Face, legs in plastic bag, man found dead in flat
A 65-year-old man was found dead in his first-floor flat located close to Bijoygarh market in south Kolkata on Tuesday morning. Nidhir Chandra Kundu, a former state government employee and now a photographer, was found with his face and legs wrapped in plastic.
