Kolkata: EM Bypass overhaul on KMDA wish list
The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) has planned a makeover for the 20km EM Bypass stretch between Ultadanga and Garia following recommendations from a Mumbai-based agency that had recently conducted a survey and is expected to submit its final report in a day or two.
