Kolkata: Constable molests disabled minor
A 17-year-old hearing-and-speech-impaired minor and her 36-year-old mother, showed presence of mind and immense courage when they managed to catch the girl’s alleged molester and hand him to cops on Friday. The mother and daughter were helped by the driver of the auto they were in.
