Kol; Two-hour suicide attempt drama ends in fall to death
A 36-year-old patient sneaked out of a window on the seventh floor of the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata (INK) at Mullickbazar in the heart of the city, where he had been admitted on Wednesday, and fell to death after having parked himself dangerously on the edge of a ledge - his legs dangling from his perch - for two hours on Saturday morning. Sujit Adhikari, a scrap dealer who was later admitted to the ITU of INK with severe head, chest and leg injuries, died around 7.20pm.
