Karnataka: Students wearing hijab turned away from exam in Yadgir 
About eight students who arrived for preparatory exams wearing hijab were turned away by the staffers of government pre-university college (PUC) at Kembavi in Yadgir district. Although the incident happened on the day of the HC verdict, the students were barred from entering exam halls before the court pronounced the order. These students have been leaving the campus everyday following a brief wait ever since the state government banned hijab inside classrooms.
