Karnataka: Mangaluru's St Agnes — the first women’s college on west coast of India — turns co-ed; will admit 20-30% boys
According to college management, in the first year the intake will be about 20 to 30%. The number will be increased as per demand. The college has 4,000 available seats. The autonomous college has recently received approval from the government to become co-ed.
