Kanpur: ATS arrests criminal carrying reward
The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of UP on Monday arrested criminal Qurban Ali, a Rs 25,000 rewardee, from Babupurwa area of the city.Qurban has been on the run for the past nine years, and his gang mates had been convicted three years ago.
