Jail inmate makes extortion call to Hoshiarpur jeweller
The Hoshiarpur police, on Thursday, booked a Ludhiana Central Jail inmate for seeking extortion from a jeweller. The accused, Kulwinder Kumar Billa, sought Rs 1 lakh from the Hoshiarpur-based jeweller and threatened to shoot him.
