HDMC will take over Smart City projects only after detailed reports 
Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) will take over the completed Smart City Project only after a team of experts has gathered detailed reports on quality and other matters. Among these more than 15 projects were dedicated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently.
