HDMC hires agencies to catch stray cattle 
In an effort to put an end to the stray cattle problem in Hubballi-Dharwad, the Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has hired three local agencies to catch stray cattle that are causing problems for motorists, pedestrians, traders, and vendors on the roads.
