HC pulls up govt for not upgrading 177-yr-old Dimhans 
The Karnataka High Court has hauled up the state government for not upgrading the Dharwad Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences to a neurosciences hospital, saying that the government had failed to act on the matter in the last three months.
