HC: Pay retd teacher 25 yrs’ salary, pension with interest
Calcutta High Court has directed the state to pay out the salary and pension of a retired 76-year-old school teacher who didn’t get a salary for the last 25 years of her teaching tenure. The court ordered that the payment be made with 10% interest on the outstanding amount.
