HC modifies autorickshaw driver's life term
Syed Waseem ,a resident of Bilavaradahalli, Anekal taluk has been ordered to be released, by treating the 7 years 6 months and 16 days period spent by him in jail as the sentence period under section 304 part(1) of IPC, culpable homicide not amounting to murder. He will also have to pay Rs 10,000 as fine.
