Guv shouldn’t encourage disorder in assembly: WB speaker
The governor should "discourage, instead of encouraging, disorder within the assembly", assembly speaker Biman Banerjee said on Friday, accusing him of "interference" in assembly matters, which were "not within his jurisdiction".
