Gang returns to fire 12 shots after road rage, hits bystander
One of at least 12 gunshots fired by drunken members of a reactivated gang in the city’s Tibba area on Saturday night hit a bystander neighbour of one of the targeted men, minutes after an incident of road rage involving the gang.
