Engineers’ body seeks tech audit by IIT-Roorkee for Smart City projects
A team of Council of Engineers (COE) along with some architects visited ongoing rail under bridge (RUB) and rail overbridge (ROB) Pakhowal Road and Malhar Road smart city projects and found major structural flaws in them on Saturday.
