Engineer held for duping retired colonel in West Bengal
An economic offences wing team from Delhi Police travelled to Kestopur and arrested a BTech engineer on March 8 for allegedly duping a retired colonel of Rs 2.4 crore with the promise to invest his money in insurance policies.
