Doorstep drive: BMC collects Rs 4L property tax on Day 1
The valuation, mutation and assessment department of Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation (BMC) collected nearly Rs 4 lakh by holding a tax camp at wards 18 and 19 — Baguiati and its adjacent areas — on Saturday when the civic body’s doorstep property tax collection drive began.
