Don’t finalise draft DP for Pune: Bombay HC
In a setback to the Maharashtra government, the Bombay high court on Thursday directed it not to finalise a draft development plan (DP) for the Pune metropolitan region without its nod but allowed the state urban development department to continue to receive suggestions and objections to the plan dated July 30, 2021.
