Dharwad district bans public events, religious ceremonies, birthdays after 5pm 
Dharwad district administration has introduced a rule of not allowing any public functions, religious ceremonies and even family gatherings like birthdays after 5pm. Ironically, the district administration has neither issued any press release nor public notice in this regard but is insisting permission seekers to do so.
