Cyclonic circulation in Chhattisgarh brings rain in Kolkata ahead of dry spell
A cyclonic circulation in Chhattisgarh caused a spell of rain in Kolkata on Wednesday. It, however, was unrelated to Cyclone Mocha, which is developing over southeast Bay of Bengal, according to the weathermen.
