Court rejects bail plea of accused held for evading tax to the tune of ₹198.50 cr
The special chief judicial magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, on Saturday rejected the bail application of accused Piyush Kumar Jain who had been arrested by the DGGT Ahmedabad Gujarat under section 132 (1) read with sections 132 (1) (i), 132 (5) of the CGST Act.
