Compensation for totally damaged house to be ₹5L: Ashoka
Revenue minister R Ashoka said that the compensation amount given for a totally damaged house will be enhanced from the present Rs 95,000 under NDRF guidelines, to Rs 5 lakh, as matching grant under the State Disaster Response Fund.
