Cleaning up Noida with a paintbrush — wall after wall
Heaps of garbage strewn on main roads, in open drains, on empty plots and along roadsides is not uncommon in the city. To address this civic menace, a few residents of Sector 31 have taken recourse to art — graffiti with some social messages.
