CISF to replace Punjab, Himachal Pradesh cops in guarding BBMB projects
Twenty-two days before the Union power ministry ended Punjab’s representation in Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) on February 23, the board issued an order on February 1 for the deployment of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in place of state police forces at projects managed by it.
