CID cops arrest kingpin in Solapur Rudragouda Patil, the kingpin of PSI exam scam and the younger brother of Mahanthesh Patil, Afzalpur block Congress president, was arrested by CID police at Solapur in Maharashtra here on Saturday. Police traced the mobile location of Rudragouda and found him staying in Solapur town.
