Car dealer who accused cop of harassment & shot self dies
Kulwinder Singh, 31—who shot himself two weeks ago after recording a video, accusing a CIA-1 cop of harassing him—succumbed to his injuries at DMCH on Wednesday. Kulwinder, a car dealer, had shot himself in the head with an illegal weapon.
