Calcutta HC October 4 deadline for guv update on univ chancellor bill
The Calcutta High Court has set Raj Bhavan a deadline of October 4 to inform it about the status of the bill passed by the assembly that seeks to have the chief minister as the chancellor of state universities instead of the governor.
