BSP candidate, eight others booked under Gangster Act
Shafi Khan alias Pappu Bali, who had contested on Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) ticket and lost from the Cantonment assembly constituency in the recently held elections and eight others have been booked under the Gangster Act by the Chakeri police on Monday.
