The liver and kidneys of deceased donor Sanjukta Shyam Roy — the 43-year-old anaesthesiologist who was declared brain dead at Apollo Multispeciality Hospital on Tuesday — were transplanted successfully on three patients on Wednesday. Shyam Roy’s corneas, too, have been banked.
