At 9.2°C, max temp touches new low
The prevailing cold wave gave another jolt to residents as the maximum temperature plunged to 9.2°C in Ludhiana on Friday, a fall of 2.6 degrees from Thursday. A weather expert at PAU said this was the lowest maximum temperature reported in the first week of January since 2011.
