After TOI report, KMC cracks down on touts
The KMC health department has decided to ramp up its chatbot services to accommodate more booking opportunities for birth and death certificate applications. Once upgraded, the service, which is being offered through WhatsApp, will accept 150 bookings a day instead of 120 now.
