After 4 suspects’ arrest, blast case to be re-probed
After the arrest of four terror suspects with IEDs and a pistol by the Haryana police, the Ludhiana cops have started reinvestigating the courts complex bomb blast. In both the cases, suspects have links with Pakistan-sheltered Babbar Khalsa head Harvinder Singh Rinda.
